All sites have full hookup with 30/50 amp service, concrete pads at least 60 feet with an additional car pad, FREE Wi-Fi (wireless) internet (coupon code required for security), FREE cable with 31 channels, electricity included in Daily/Weekly Bookings (no extra or metered charge), Electricity Metered for all Monthly bookings, garbage, water, and sewer. Dogs to a maximum of 20 lbs are welcomed; excluding only certain aggressive breeds because of insurance and safety concerns. We do enforce a standard of excellence and allow 1996 and newer RVs while viewing older RVs for admission. Rates as of 1/11/2011 and subject to change.
